LDC Single Girder Overhead Crane Introduction
LDC electric single girder overhead crane is composed of box-shaped main girder weld by steel plates, end girder, electric hoist and travelling mechanism. The lower flange (material 16Mn) of the girder is the travelling orbit of electric hoist to accomplish goods handling.
The electric hoist with low headroom structure can effectively increase the lifting height, so that it is applicable to the places where the workshop is low and the requirement of lifting height is high.
LDC Type single girder bridge crane is used when the workshop is limited and the lifting height of ordinary cranes cannot meet the needs of customers. With the use of low headroom hoists, it is suitable for places where the height from the track surface of the factory and warehouse buildings to the lower chord of the roof truss does not exceed 500mm.

LDC Single Girder Overhead Crane Features
1. The protection level of the standard single-girder bridge crane is IP44, and the working temperature is -25~45℃.
2. The single girder bridge crane includes the main girder, end girder, electric hoist and electrical system.
3. Crane control mode: ground operation and air operation.
4. The lifting mechanism of the single-girder crane is a hoist, the maximum safe lifting weight is 20T, and the working level is A3.
5. Span refers to the distance from the ground to the highest point of the hook center.
6. Lifting height refers to the distance from the ground to the highest point of the hook center.
LDC Single Girder Overhead Crane Advantage
(1) The main body of the gourd has no leakage cables, and all cables are arranged inside the gourd through various means to make the gourd appearance more beautiful;
(2) The hoist has a compact structure and the counterweight is a counterweight box type. Users can add a variety of scrap steel or stones, etc., which saves steel and at the same time reduces the overall size of the counterweight-type low headroom electric hoist;
(3) The hoist is driven by the NF series helical gear reducer.
(4) The outer cover of the hoisting main unit is a square welded structure, with mounting bolt holes on all sides, which has high versatility. It can be quickly changed to a fixed or suspended trolley-operated electric hoist, and the rope can be pulled out in a 360°direction.
